Fully Completely Inc. Cleaning And Restoration

They pick up one carpet and brought it back with a large stain on the underside which they took back , at which point I added 3 more area rugs to be cleaned.
After weeks of waiting to hear back they finally showed up with the most expensive one dirty and damaged beyond belief.
Such poor customer service, no communication with client. I'm waiting to see/hear back on what they're going to do to rectify damages!!
