Overall a very, very good job on our sunroom. We did think it was expensive, and thought twice about using them because of the cost, but ultimately we wanted the best quality and so we went for it. After it was done we ended up having a few problems — there was a leak and some damage inside a shelf that they did fix/replace. However we noticed the caulking also turned a bit brown and they didn’t fix that. Otherwise, the sunroom is great and we’re generally satisfied with the workmanship they did.

The caulking could be a result of pollen in the air. We have seen that on a couple of occasions. Please let me know if you want us to come back.
