Clera Windows + Doors

Recently we had Clera Windows to replace all our windows and patio door in our house. We got quotes from some of the window companies that have the best reviews in homestars.com. The new 3.5" vinyl casing recommended by Frank Altieri ( Branch Manager ) really sealed the deal. Frank spent hours with me and my wife explaining to us different options we could have. He even left me the sample window with the new casing so that I can show it to my wife when she returns from work. About the installation, Miguel Zarate and his 3-men team are great. They managed to have 30+ windows and patio door replaced in 3 days and most importantly they did a wonderful job. PS: Our 2.5" Jams extension is perfect size for our new 2" faux wood blinds..

Mario and his assistant Don installed 5 new windows in my home today. Excellent workmanship, respectul of my property and home, prompt, polite and fast. All debris was taken away and cleaned up. These 2 work really hard and do an excellent job. Thanks

We originally had Alan out for a quote for just our downstairs windows. We had a front window original to our house that was leaking all kinds of air and needed to be replaced. The quote for all our downstairs windows was quite reasonable, so we asked for him to quote our upstairs windows as well. Turns out that the quote matched what we had budgeted, but we would end up with ALL our windows replaced. It was a fantastic deal! Alan was great to deal with, helping us determine what would work best for our century home, and working around some difficulties we found (our eaves troughs). The installation crew (Paul, Randy) were awesome, even coming back on a long weekend to finish the job. They were meticulous in scraping off the old caulking, making sure we had sufficient insulation and once all done it looked beautiful. They worked around our pets making sure none ran outside, and were careful and considerate when working inside. Our new windows are so bright! Outside is perfect adding to the curb appeal of our home. We could not have asked for a greater team of guys to take care of us.

Rick Gaboury their consultant was courteous, knowledgeable and he was always available to answer questions & called back promptly. His maintenance team under John came when scheduled, and had great expertise. Work was done in a timely manner. The quality of windows and doors are exceptional and the pricing was fair and reasonable for the quality we received. Rick would come and oversee the work in progress, resolved any issues and made sure the job was completed and 'finished' to our expectations. We would be happy to recommend them.

I am happy with the windows and garden door that I purchased from Clera Windows and Doors for my home in Windsor. Gary Gainham did a professional presentation of the product and Rob Cormier did an excellent installation. The grills and the black paint colour adds to the new windows and door.
