Mr. Maksymetz- We are happy that you have at least acknowledged the fact that we did, at considerable effort and expense, send an installation crew from Kingston, at your request, to remove and re-install all of the product that was at issue. We understand that an excellent job was done and that you are very happy with the end result. It would have been nice if your rating had been amended accordingly but, at the end of the day, the most important thing is that we came back to make a sub-par installation a top notch one. We can't claim perfection, but we do promise to make good on any mistakes that we make.
