They did not show up the day they were scheduled. When they were installing the carpet, I noticed they were installing a blue underpad and I paid EXTRA for the SMART pink underpad. At this point they finished one bedroom and was almost done the second bedroom, thank goodness I went upstairs or I would have not noticed after the carpet was installed. The installer called the store and left to pick up the correct underpad. After they left my husband noticed they were installing the carpet over screws in the floor (picture attached). 2 weeks later, I noticed they did not carpet my sons closet. I had to wait four weeks to get this corrected. No call from the business to apologize. They are helpful when they are trying to get the sale. After that TERRIBLE service.

Had a very good experience with Floor Fashion Centre in Pickering. Robb was very helpful from day 1, being very patient and going through a ton of samples with us. Came to our place and measured exactly when he said they would, installed exactly when they said they would, and everything turned out great. Thanks!
