I found the owner to not be the friendliest person. A bit cranky. Once I finally was able to get him to come for measurement things were pretty timely from there. My biggest problem with this company was the installer. He was a fairly older gentleman and ended up damaging our wall and banister trying to get his tools into/out of the house (I didn't notice damage until he left). He was not very tidy either. The install of counter seemed ok. Complained to owner about damage installer had done leaving the job which he promptly replied to but he wanted to send installer out to fix it. I didn't trust installer to fix it properly so I just ended up having to fix it myself. I would maybe recommend this company if it was a different installer. In the end I was disappointed.
