Finished Basements

Finished Basements went the distance... literally!
Since we live outside of the city, it was challenging to find a company who was willing to drive out to Fergus to even quote our basement. But with Finished Basements we received a call from Vitaliy within hours of us submitting a request!

Both Vitaliy and Natalie made the planning and design process very easy with offering their professional opinion/suggestions while still taking into consideration our wants and needs. We also could not believe how hard working their team was with the physical labour to complete the project on time (if not sooner!). Overall, we are happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Finished Basements.

I enjoyed working with the crew of Finished Basements. They gave a clear quote including the scope of work and were flexible with any items not included.
Always showed up when needed. They always worked neatly, cleaning up after each work phase. I had great communication with Jerome. He pointed out things that could be done in a different way. Even went as far as ripping out some drywall based on some small signs to find rotted and possibly molded framing, which they replaced.
My only complaints relate to some unfinished areas, for which I had to call them back. I would still recommend them.

They went above and beyond and even did a few extras that we requested and finished almost on time.

Jerome did a wonderful job on our basement reno. He was on time and was very clear during the project. We would use him and his company again. The place looks great and is energy efficient.

The only problem is getting Jerome to finish up the few remaining things (final inspection, clean up, paper work) needed to finish off the project.

They provided excellent, personalized and professional renovation of the basement. They had an excellent customer relations approach and highest quality workmanship of all trades was provided.
