My custom-sewn roman shade does not stay up. Unsatisfactory and extremely disappointing, to say the least. It turns out that the installed mechanism is not strong enough to support the heavy fabric. When we FINALLY (after many attempts) got Mark to come and take a look at this problem, his attitude was practically hostile and he never followed up with us to implement his (reluctantly offered) solution. He was so unpleasant to deal with that I will now pay another company to re-do his job and I feel that my only recourse with him is this negative review and negative word of mouth. Quite unfortunate.

Was not sure why I should use the services of a private business versus a larger retailer but the personal attention and in-home consultation not to mention the competitive price made it worth my while. Very good experience.
