I just wanted to send you a quick note thanking your team for doing such a fantastic job on Saturday. Given all the stresses of buying and selling, this was one part of the process I didn’t have to worry about at all, and I am grateful for that. Seriously, you don’t just do moves, you save marriages.

We moved OUT of our house on July 17th and had our things in storage for 2 weeks before you moved us into our new house on August 2nd! Nightmare timing but made so bearable and manageable by an absolutely smooth moving team!

Lorne and the boys were FABULOUS! Everything that went into storage come out the same as it went in! They were fast, efficient, friendly and SO good at what they did.

I would recommend Fergusons to ANYONE looking to move their family. Moving is never an easy thing….Fergusons helped make it a while lot easier!

Now that I am more or less moved into my new home, I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know how pleased I was with the service I received from your staff. Trevor came and did the initial estimate for me and was very responsive whenever I had a question or a concern about the process, and I must say the hot tip about keeping a record of what was in each box and putting stickies on them to identify which ones went into which room was really very helpful. Luke, Matt and John came and did the actual moving, and they certainly made sure that everything was well wrapped – I will always have fond memories of the turnable from the microwave which had a blanket all to itself! They were also nice about making sure that things were where I wanted them in the new house.

I have to say that I wouldn’t want to move again for a while (!) but your staff really helped make the process as stress0free as possible. Please do say thank you for me.

Moved house and required storage in between due to new home not yet complete. Head mover did a good job minimizing the number of crates required for storage. Overall, happy with service. Rates are a bit high but they were very careful with furniture which some cheaper movers are not.

Thanks so much to the team of movers from Ferguson. The move could not have gone any smoother and we didn't break anything!! The three young men who arrived at my home were excellent. They were professional and strong and truly took great care of my personal belongings. What is most remarkable is the fact that they managed to get a very difficult piece of furniture into the second story dining room of my new townhome. It was touch & go, but they really came through and I couldn't be happier with the service.

You can guarantee that I will use Ferguson again for my next move and be happy to make recommendations to my family & friends.
