Unfortunately the worst experience of my life. Sales person was dishonest, installers were rude (not while in my home only after when their poor workmanship was discovered) and did not do the job correctly. When they left the door wouldn't even close! (Which I did not know until after they left because they told me not to touch the door for at least 15 minutes to let caulking set. When I called them to come back to fix they door they told me that I needed a lesson in how to close a patio door and refused to come back!!) Staff was disrespectful and Ivica covered for all of them. I could never in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.

I now had a look in your file and found that your patio door installation was over a year ago.
I did read your written comments on our Certificate of Completion Form in the file and it confused me.
You wrote "Tony & JJ were great and fast and clean".
As you can see by the reviews both before and after yours, this is nowhere near the experiences our customers have.
We appreciate your business and are deeply sorry that we gave you a bad experience.
