Given the severity of the problem (old, steel stack that had fractured vertically & the necessity of digging up 1/2 the length of the front yard), the work was clean and the team was committed to returning the garden bed to its original condition. I was able to take photographs of the damaged pipe and they also sent me some electronically.

I have already referred Express Router to another prospective home buyer.

Very polite, considerate and quietly worked on his own. I would highly recommend Yuri for any new customers and if anymore work should be needed I would ask for him to come back.

new hose bib and shut off valve installed (most recent)

I have used Expressrooter plumbing on a few occasions, for repairing leaky toilets, replacing vanity counters and taps to replacing a hose bib and water shut off valve etc. On some calls I was able to get same day service. I will be using their services in the near future to install a new dishwasher.

Leaking Toilet Drain

Bob showed up within the promised time window and got to work. Very efficient, was done in an hour. A relatively expensive repair but I don't expect to worry about it again, after all Mike Holmes uses them.
