While they were here to do repairs they broke something in heat system. Black oily water sprayed out covering everything from ceilings, walls, drapes, to floors and contents, then water poured out and flooded home. They fixed the broken thing then walked out the door and left all damaged up to me. My home was destroyed and unliveable. They took No responsibility for their mistake. $19,000 damage to home, $7,000 contents ruined, all left up to me, older retired woman. Serious financial hardship. They didn’t care. When I wrote a letter to them asking for damages I got a heavy-handed letter from their insurance company saying it wasn’t their responsibility to compensate me for damage done during a service call. Don’t call these guys you will regret it.

Completely unprofessional owner. Would not provide a quote. Charged my credit card without providing an invoice. Charged me for extra hours that weren't worked. Don't recommend this company to anyone. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

There quote was competitive and they did not go over budget. They are professional and finished the project in a timely manner.
