I hired these guys to do my kitchen cabinets on a high end reno and it was the biggest mistake made on this project. The owner Mike Radley is a complete jerk. They failed on every level:
1. The project completion was delayed by several months. It wasn't a huge reno and we had intended to live there during it, but the delays were so bad that we had to move out for 4-6 weeks.
2. Despite about 6 promises of completion, they kept failing to even get close to finishing so we finally had to fire them and hire someone else to do it.
3. The quality of the product was horrible.
4. They decided to add on a bunch of bogus upcharges and then file a lien on the property hoping to bully their way to not only full payment, but even more than contracted for. They flat out fabricated a whole story about what was done and what wasn't done.
I could go on, but I think you get the point....DO NOT EVER HIRE THESE GUYS!
