We had a wonderful experience from the quotation stage, recommendations, stain matching to installation of new staircase and railing.
Europerfect staff were very friendly, professional, timely and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was amazing.
We will have them back in the fall for another project.

Great craftsmanship and end results. Colour matches the floor perfectly. However, communication was terrible. I wasn't consulted on any details of the type of post and rail they had chosen for me - it was all done after the first site visit and 30 minute general conversation. I had to ask to see what was going on and rush over to make my selections. Could have easily gotten something very unexpected. All in all a nervewracking experience. Great craftsmanship and fair cost, just be careful about communications.
