I ordered most of my furniture from this store and I was able to get a really good price. I needed everything to be set up for my move in date and the owner was able to arrange for all the items to be delivered on the same day. I find the quality of the furniture to very good but I did not order any of the lower end brands. I did not have any issues that needed customer service and everything went very smooth.

I purchased a dining set by Alf Group ($6,500) and sofa set ($2,500) by Galaxy from this store about 4 years ago. After 4 month, one of the sofa legs broke. After numerous arguments with the store owner (Klara), she agreed to repair it (but scratched it really badly), then the store exchanged the sofa like 3 times, and each time one of the legs broke again-and-again, but in much shorter period of time 1-7 days. She refused to do anything else about this issue and did not give me my money back telling me that I cannot expect much from this sofa set since it was very cheap ($2,500). I took her to Small Claims court and the judge ruled in my favour and I got my money back immediately from her after the court hearing.

The dining set on the other hand did not turn out to be a solid wood as the store claimed it to be at the time of purchase.

PLEASE BEWARE AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS STORE.

I ordered 2 bedroom sets from this store in March 2006 and paid a 30% deposit then. They promissed to deliver and assemble the furniture at my home within 4 weeks with the balance payable with cash or money order after delivery. When I called them 4 weeks later they requested to pay the balance before they bring the furniture to my home. When I refused and referred to our agreement they simply said that, in this case, I lost my deposit money! In an attempt to recover my money, I contacted the credit card company and put the deposited amount on dispute. The credit card company then contacted the store and requested for the supporting documents. The European Furniture faxed them a scan of the signed receipt with the terms&condition reduced to the degree when it is illegible and attached a separate page with a totally diff. terms defending their standpoint. The suppressed text, printed on the face of the receipt was clear, however, as to the agreed payment terms. I sued them in court and won! On the Aug 30, 2007, the court ordered them to return me the deposit money and awarded sizable damages along with the costs and interest. I hope it will be a good lesson for them!

I was searching for a new bedroom set. When i found it in their store, they have promesed that the furnutere is from Italy and from solid wood.
They have delivered a damaged pressed cartoon quality set and churged me like all big boys. Moreover, after I asked to return the set and return me my money they simply said no, without any explanations. I am still waiting for them to fix the damage. In short, awful quality, awful srvice, and prices might look reasonable for higher quality, but they sell cartoon sets. My personal advice do not go there.

I needed a new dining table set for our newly renovated dining room. The prices were reasonable, and there was a good selection. The sales people were friendly and offered great recommendations. Prices can be neigotiated, hence you should not hesitate to ask for a bargain.
