Furniture review in

Poor customer service and snobby attitude. When sales person disassembled table for pickup, they lost one of the pieces and won't replace it when we called back. Told us they don't have spare parts and told us to go buy it from a hardware store. Also, they wouldn't even help us carry the dining table piece to the front entrance. Said we had to carry it ourselves.
Won't be going back to this store ever again. For the prices they charge and the type of clientele they service, you would think that they would try to differentiate themselves on customer service. Will they do but in a negative way.
