What the salesman said and what actually happened is like night and day.
The job was done so badly the manager came to the house to have a look. The manager could not believe what he saw. As far as he was concerned the install was completely unacceptable and will make it right.
You hire a company to do a one day job that drags on for four weeks. Who needs the headache, aggravation/stress?
