Congratulations to Raffy and Marcelo for exceeding our expectations! The Elite members were the first contractors we hired after an emotionally draining 7 month interior renovation experience. They were patient, sensitive, understanding, communicative, on-time, on-budget and affordable and they addressed all our questions and concerns in a very timely and professional manner. They really do care about the experience they deliver. They've created a good name for themselves and we are extremely happy to know they do whatever is necessary to help maintain their great reputation! Along with the great experience we had, we also received a beautiful product that we (and our neighbours) love. Great skills, great craftmanship, great customer service...what more can anybody ask for? All contractors should emulate their professionalism!
