Elite Concrete

This is the second time I hired Elite Designed Concrete to build a project for me. This project was to redo a poorly installed backyard patio by another contractor who would not return to fix the horrible problems with his installation. To make matters worse, upon excavating around the sunroom addition that the previous contractor had installed, it was discovered that the addition was not built on a proper.
After consulting with an engineer friend of mine, Marcelo organized the underpinning of he entire sunroom addition. His staff worked tirelessly to make right this unexpected and unfortunate discovery. Once completed, it was inspected by the engineer to ensure it was built properly and it was.

Prior to starting the project, Marcelo visited me to go over the layout and details of my patio design. He was very patient and would always respond to calls. He worked very well with the other trades I hired also. In the end, the patio is better than I could have imagined. I am very grateful to Marcelo, Raffy and their wonderful staff who helped me rebuild what was a disaster left by another contractor. I would recommend Elite to anyone who asks.
