When we had some drainage problems associated with the design of our new front load washing machine, we called Frigidaire's customer Service Dept. and the response was excellent. Peter checked out the situation and found there would be a design change so he arranged a replacement machine for us. During the whole process, he kept us fully informed of progress and we felt extremely well looked after
