Hotwire Power Group

This was my second time calling Hotwire for work needed in my basement bathroom lighting and mainfloor switches and outlets. Worked with their office managers Hanna and Chen to quickly triage my work order, get approximate costing and schedule the visit from their electricians. My appointment was booked within one week. Alex and Kevin showed up and instantly struck us with their professionalism, promptness and efficiency. They had the full description of my work order from the notes their office manager took, requiring only a brief review of the jobsite before being able to immediately get to work. If they needed to cut a hole in the wall, they always explained what they were doing and asked permission before doing so. When they finished the cleaned up, took me for an inspection of all of the work they had done and tested each outlet, switch and light.
