An order was placed with them for tile that would take weeks to bring in and I would receive a call when it was ready to pick up. I did not receive a call after the approximate time it would take to arrive, so I called them. The person who took the call stated that it still was not in and to check back after a week. A week later I went to their office and found out that the order had been ready for more than a week. When I expressed my disappointment, the counter employee dismissed me stating that she was not the one who I spoke with. I asked to speak with the manager and told me in an entitled way to mind my tone. I was upset but I was not rude. It seems like in their opinion I should no be upset that my project was delayed for.more than a week. I never received an apology. I will not be purchasing anymore from them.
