Roofing review in

They came recommended from a friend and replaced the roof and two skylights. As they were throwing the shingles off the roof they marked the walls of the house and never came back to fix it. A year later after a strong wind last week one of the skylights started leaking. After multiple call he came and did a quick patch but didn’t bother to test it so the same night when it rained again it leaked even more. I have called multiple times and texted since then with no reply. They seem to have no ownership of their work or willingness to honour any warranty.
