Called Jorge at Eagle after reading reviews on HomeStars. Almost two months ago we moved into our first home. I called Jorge to see if he would come out and re-key the locks. He was great, came as soon as he could after the home closed. When he got there he discovered High Security locks were in place, so he could not re-key, but suggested installing new locks. Was very honest and up front about the costs as well as they benefits and answered my many questions, not to mentioned offered advice on increasing security. In addition, he installed pin locks on the back patio door. He did a great job and was very professional about everything. Sorry the review took so long Jorge, we have been swamped getting settled, but I wanted to make sure to leave the feedback because it was other great reviews that convinced me to call Eagle and it was the right choice.
