The stone aggregate is coming off the steel panels this is filling up the eve troughs the ugly brown under coating is showing and moss is growing on the entire roof. The 50 year warranty is useless and they wanted $19000.00
to replace the roof. I am in the process of replacing my roof now with a different product and roofer. They are finding leaks in the roof and had to replace some plywood in one area
so the workman ship was very poor.
