I had a leak in my ceiling that was clearly coming from somewhere, I just didn't know where. Drain Rescue sent someone over and he had to cut into the ceiling in order to source where the leak was coming from. Although having my ceiling cut into was a major inconvenience, the plumber was kind enough to clean up the work area and went beyond the call of duty to ensure everything was explained to me. Furthermore, he put me in contact with a company that eventually repaired the drywall. I'm a little late with this letter, but I thought I'd send it to tell you how pleased I am with your company.
