I orginally called this company to steam clean some carpeted steps, a hallway and two small bedrooms. I spoke to the owner Rod about my reason for the call which were some recent coffee spill stains. After agreeing to his price, I made it clear my main issue was to have the coffee stains removed and he assured me the coffee would be removed with no problem. When the technician arrived, he suddenly said that in order to remove the stains he would have to use special cleaning agents that would cost more (the upsell)- another $50!! Of course I declined. So, the technician steam cleaned our carpets in less than 30 minutes and lo and behold, the coffee stains are still very visibile! The cleaning did not remove a thing!! When I called Rod back to express my disappointment and feeling of being duped, he said coffee stains are easy to clean and that he could send the technician back for another $100 and he would get the stains out for sure. I was flabbergasted! Rod tried blaming it on the price (which he gave to me to get my business!! - I didn't haggle at all) and then on the fact that I didn't let the technician use special chemicals (for another $50 on top of the original $70 I was already paying him??!!- is he out of his mind?). In any case, despite my trying to find a resolution, he would not take any accountability for being dishonest and trying to swindle more money from me. Never mind that my carpets are still visibly stained!! I now have to call another company and have my carpets cleaned properly which is a waste of my time and money. I do not recommend this company. They are dishonest and simply want your money...and lots of it! UPDATE: Following the steam cleaning, once the carpet was dry, to my amazement it was still ENTIRELY DIRTY! Never mind the areas with the coffee stains, the rest of the carpet looked just as it had before it was steamcleaned. I have never experienced anything like it. Bottom line is that my carpets weren't cleaned at all and it was a total waste of money. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!
