Bruce called me almost immediately when I asked for a quote, then came by the next day, but since then getting hold of anyone has been a pain. Emails go unanswered for days, phone calls aren't returned, promised installation dates come and go. I finally had someone else install the 1 window they delivered, but it's still not capped 4 weeks later in the middle of winter. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for 3 other windows that were supposed to be installed within 2-3 weeks. That was 5 weeks ago. I hope it's worth the wait.
