Hello Kevin, I can appreciate your frustration. Being without a vacuum would be a huge inconvenience. We are at the mercy of our suppliers and when they can not provide the product there is not much I can do. I am aware that Joanne has been in contact with you and has explained the situation a few times to you. She is calling Beam again today to see if they have a ETA on the motor. So I will be in contact with you later to see how you would like to proceed. If you feel you can get it done elsewhere faster by all means you are welcome to pick up your vacuum and take it with you. Unfortunately I am aware and I feel many others are aware of the extreme delay in receiving product due to COVID 19.
