We had 3 quotes re waterproofing one corner of our basement.
John's recommendations were more practical and less disruptive than the other 2 proposals we received.
John's expertise in masonry as well as waterproofing, meant that he was also able to restore part of a stone wall which had to be dismantled to gain access to the foundation. Both of the other companies we spoke with, said it would be our responsible to restore any affected finishes/structures at our own expense.
We appreciated John's directness. He is a conscientious and trustworthy professional whom I would certainly recommend.
