Worst Experience; Terrible Job; Totally Ripped Off
Tech came by named Aiman.This was during COVID and did not wear mask. Cleared out my dryer vent and broke off the dryer vent cover and threw the pieces in my backyard. I only realized this after he left so I had to piece it all back together.He did not go throughout the house to cover the vents (or clean them) and he actually only went to one vent and cleared it out.He sprayed the disinfectant in my duct and sprayed so much that it was dripping out of the duct, onto my washer & dryer, and on the floor.I did not have the same experience as some of the positive reviews posted here. Instead, it was subpar work and I will never book them again.

Please reach out to us ASAP. This must of happened in March or April?I can't give excuses for my men or reasons why ? From March or April although if this was our fault or there was service concerns,why not reach out allow us the ability to rectify ourselves? See at this point how can you feel ripped off when you've never reached out to us to tell us there's a problem ? Sometimes things are easy fixes. A redo? A inspection from me ? My technicians are people too and effected by many factors. Maybe their kids kept them up all night crying,maybe they lost a loved one maybe they felt off that day or maybe the customer and tech just don't jive/mesh. Nevertheless there's a human factor!! So if you want to review us a zero? Give us the opportunity to redeem ourselves that's the mark of a good company. Because a company that deserves a zero doesn't care. We do.
