I had contacted Joe via homestars and he was very prompt with his responses. Once everything was set up, we had Tyler and another guy show up to do the work. Tyler was extremely informative and a very nice guy to talk to. He walked me through everything they were doing, and I appreciated that. He was also very honest and didnt try to upsell me on a central vacuum cleaning which I thought I might need. He even took the time to check it out and honestly determined that it wasn't needed.
There was one air return that was missed by mistake, but after contacting Joe about it he sent Tyler back out. Tyler did the work very quickly, was very apologetic, and I was more than satisfied with the job they did.
Would happily recommend Dial One to anyone.
