Emergency Flood Service - very poor service
Renovation Cleaning review in
Was forced to use Delta by insurance. Charged exorbitant amount for 1 day of work. There was no estimate or communication on cost. There was no communication on items being kept or cleaned and what services I would have the option to pay for or not. After speaking with company there was no concession made on inappropriate billing. Company misrepresented the truth and said my wife ok'd them dry cleaning items that we did not want to salvage.
