My experience with this store has been very bad. I found their furniture high in price and low in quality. All items I bought had some issues and had to be replaced or repaired. The delivery charge was very high and they didn't bother to remove the boxes. They wanted to charge another $40 for removing the boxes after charging over $340 for delivery! The driver scratched our freshly painted walls and when I asked them for compensation after 4 months they referred me to the driver (contractor) who wanted to come in and paint the walls himself. With other words they didn't honor the contract and transferred the issue to the driver!
I have never dealt with such arrogant and client unfriendly furniture business before. My recommendation is to stay away from Decorium. There are plenty of businesses that provide better quality for less money and respect their clients.

- Focus on clients instead of their own benefit. reduce their costs to be able to compete with the real world.

- If you have time, shop around. We had a toddler and couldnt spent too much time shopping.
