We hired Frank because I was looking for a painter for our 2nd condo in Downtown Toronto. We need to paint the stucco ceiling and the whole place including all the closets. He was very prompted picking up phones, and on time with his quote.
He's price is the most reasonable that I have compared out of other painting companies
I would definitely use him again.
