Decoline Windows & Doors

I just had some windows and doors in my house changed. They did a great job. From the way the worked you could tell they know what they are doing. Good quality product too. I strongly recommend them

They made a service call to my house to fix some windows at my house. They were fast and prompt. everything was fixed right away. i would recommend them for sure.

Terrible product and service. Less than 24 months and they are clear signs of poor quality material and glass. Stay away from this company!!!
The product on the frame nor the window has a manufacture date nor says who actually made the product. Sketchy product and extremely poor quality.! owner Does not have any integrity when doing business. Will not honor warranty! I will be forced to take legal action since will not respect paperwork that was agreed upon.

CRA will love to know about those cash deals, all the glass Deco line installed is off poor quality and badly installed
Did call him a few times now to rectify this issue no response

I hired them and after a few months I got lots of condensations between my windows. I called Moises for more than 6 months, and he ignored all my calls, all my voice messages
I called his son and very rude he replied " Don't call me, call my dad, you dealt with him not me !"

*** PIECE OF ADVICE: Stay away from Decoline Windows & Doors as far as you can and save your money and spend somewhere else with a reliable company -

Moises, the owner is not respecting his contract. He delivered bad quality products and good luck contacting him. He will NEVER ever respond to the phone, text or emails. Next step as I mentioned in my message to him I will handle all my documents and proofs to the police.
Sorry to go this route but I expected a different business manner from him and from his company.
Stay away until you have your money in your pocket!
