We bought 2 chairs and a table on the May long weekend. We paid in full even though they only had 1 chair in stock. The sales manager Santos assured us they would have the other chair in, in 2 weeks, yet wrote on our bill that it would be in June 13. The chain eventually arrived 6 weeks later in July. Picked it up, took it home only to find that it was defective. Went all the way back to the store to return it. They said we would have to wait again for another one to come from the manufacturer. They offered us a loaner when we pointed out we still hadn't been able to use the table we bought 6 weeks earlier because we only had 1 chair. We FINALLY picked up the chair onAugust 11, 3 months after we had paid in full. The store had been advertising a sale on everything in the store so we asked if we could have the sale price since we hadn't had the chair all summer and if we had purchased it now, we would get the sale price.
The sales person turned to me and said in a very nasty way, "well you've been depreciating our chair all summer." I couldn't believe it!! Finally she said the manager would have to call me and assured they would call me by Monday. I'm still waiting. Very poor customer service though out our dealings with this store. They never called us to let us know what was happening, we had to call them to follow up, and many times our calls weren't returned. The owner David basically told us that we should have known that orders take 6 weeks, even though Santos had repeatedly said 2 weeks.
