We had a front bay window and a kitchen window replaced in 2007.
Since the installation we have had a problem with the Bay window leaking.
We have called the company and they have sent someone out to review the problem and re seal the window.
The window continues to leak and has caused damage to the inside sill area and our California shutters.
The owner of the company came out in the fall of 2011 and said he would has his "best" installer come out to fix it.
It is now the spring of 2012 and no one has shown up, my calls go unanswered and the window still leaks.

We were satisfied with our first transaction with David Snell; prompting us to use their services again. When the order was placed, David Snell modified 1 Bathroom window from a non-opening sealed window to a casement window. He did not visit our house to view the project.

The window immediately showed signs of leaking both inside and outside the house. We have contacted him on several occassions and he has agreed to replace the window, we have been waiting for more than 2 years, he has stopped returning our calls.

Very unprofessional.

He provided exceptional service, and we are extremely satisfied with the end result. David was professional, friendly, and efficient-- out of three quotes, he was the most reasonable. It has been a year since he installed the windows, and we haven't had any problems since then! Fabulous!

We live in a 27 year old house and had to get the eaves through done. We called Mr. Snell and he came and gave us an estimate. The price was good, we accepted and they came back to do the job. Job well done: clean, fast and accurate.

Couple of years ago David Snell installed a patio door for us. The door from the beginning had draft problems and we went through a couple of winters with ice forming on the inside of the door. After many many calls from the beginning to David and 7 people coming out to view the problem on many different occasions nothing was ever resolved . We finally gave up on this issue , called it a lesson learned and replaced the door with another contractor. It was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

I had several new windows replced in my home. The windows arrived on time and the crew was very professional except I felt they should have cleaned the windows when they had completed the job. I first had a problem with the kitchen window which wouldn't lock. It took many calls to the company and over 3 months finally the owner David Snell came out. Even he had difficulty locking the window. Once it was locked I was advised that the vinyl needed to mould so not to open it for a month? I had to suffer through the worst of the winter with a window that was drafty because it would not close properly. I then had a problem with one of the bedroom windows again coutless calls. They sent a person out about 1 month later who did nothing and I had to continue to call and waited another month to get the problem solved. The company had also replaced my eaves troughs. The front got dinted and so the company was called quoted the cost of the job and an approval was made. After a month and a half no one came to do the repair and we finally gave up. Extremely poor after sales service.

After the product was installed there was an issue. I spoke directly with owner David Snell. He said they would fix the issue no problem. After no action and many follow-ups he promised to send guys to my front door that week - they never showed and he stopped taking my phone calls. It's been over a year of leaving messages for him, with no response.
