Had my basement rec room area and stairs recarpeted and was very happy with the process and end product. They helped me choose a really nice carpet, then had it installed very quickly, according to my schedule. Everything was very fast, on budget and turned out great!

I'm really satisfied with the service these guys offered to me. Firstly the cute girl on the phone made an appointment for me. Then Their team came to my home and did all the job! Impressive!

Extremely happy with the care that Tony and the crew took with this job. The carpet smelled and the dog had stained it and the hardware beneath. Very large areas of black stain on the hardwood was sanded out as if it never happened.
Great job with the finishing.

I paid for professional installation and received amateur work...the carpet is improperly fitted, up on a wall, buckling in the middle & my email to company not answered...very unsatisfactory work.
I want to add another part to this...the company called, came to take the improperly installed carpet out, replaced it with the same type of carpet, installed it perfect, free of charge & now I have what I wanted. My next project is to replace the kitchen floor with an environmental/friendly vinyl & I will go back to this same company! Thank You!

We highly recommend Danforth Carpet Connection. Tony really stands by his work. We had a small (unforeseen) problem with our installation but Tony cheerfully made it right. His installers were efficient and polite and they were a pleasure to deal with. The store has great product selection and Tony is very knowledgeable.
