We met Frank at the Home Show, he was knowledgeable, personable and professional. The installation was quick and the work was done very well for both us and our neighbour. The only negative thing about the entire process was the setup. We were initially told there would be a 3 week wait time but when we called to schedule the installation, we were told the wait time is 4 to 6 weeks. We had to make multiple calls to follow up and then we were told we would be contacted a couple of days before installation, which gave us very little notice. The installers were supposed to call us the morning of to confirm, but they just showed up, luckily we were home. There seems to be a lack of communication between field workers and the administration team. Other than that we were very satisfied with the work done.
