This is my first time (and last) using this service. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone told me that the lady would arrive at 1:00 p.m. He also advised that since she was taking public transit she may be delayed and/or if she had an issue finding the location she would call me directly. By 1:38 I had not received a call and shortly thereafter she showed up. I left her to do her job and when I came back the first thing I noticed was that there was dirt still on the front door mat. Walking on the parquet floors, I could feel debris under my feet. I have allergies, so no carpets. I had brought someone home with me and she made comments about feeling debris under her bare feet as well. This caused me to check out other parts of the apartment. The computer desk was not touched at all (I wiped and came up with a whole lot of dust). Under my dresser was not swept. The dresser itself was cleaned but the mirror was not touched. The kitchen floor was not touched. The toilet was not cleaned (tub and sink were cleaned).
