Job was done in April 2011, employees left the job incomplete, only when I called to complain they came back to finish and we were told we would get a free resealing for our inconvenience.
A year later when I contacted them about the resealing I was told it would be scheduled by May... then June.. then in June, by July, now it's end of July and they just ignore my emails... also they told me when we installed it if any of the stones shift or settle they fix them... they ignore that request as well. I have emails from them confirming all ther broken promises...
They were the most expensive quote we obtained but went with them due to thier Homestars reviews... I wish I didn't...
