we bought a new house with crystal homes. Builder organize the PDI and closing day on same day. how come it is possible. When we went there whole construction was going on. Outer side walls was incomplete, floor was not done, paint was incomplete on walls and windows, kitchen counters and appliances was missing, actually lot of things!!!
