After a 1 year nightmare w/ another "basement systems" contractor that failed to fix water penentraing the sill plate around 50% of my house, I finally contracted Crawford & Sons. The experience was night and day. Immediately after the work was complete, not a single drop of water has entered my basement for over 3 years now. The work done was prompt, thorough, and best of all actually works!!!!!! Don't make my mistake and go thru a painful mistake w/ another company that doesn't know what their doing.
