The Cosmopolitan team was great!. From the Sales Advisor to the Technicians and Customer Service team. They came on time, cleaned when they were finish and walked us through what they have completed. They called us back right a way when needed and answered all our questions.

There were no extra hidden costs, and I paid exactly what was on the estimate paper. The price was a bit more than some other contractor, but it was worth it for high quality Lennox equipment and professional work. The installation was very difficult due to tight space. However, Dave and Peter worked around it very well, and finished the job very neatly and on time. They did cleaned up after the job was finished.
I waited about a month to make sure everything is working nicely before posting a review. So far I am very happy with the Cosmopolitan mechanical Service installation of new Lennox furnace and Ac. In fact, Furnace is more quite than I expected. Heat distribution in all rooms is better than before. It was very good experience and a job well done.

Last month We were having a lot of problem with our hot water tank. We decided to go with Tankless water heater. We called several companies. Cosmopolitan was one of them. After researching we chose cosmopolitan mechanical to do the job. Two technician Dave and Utwan came to our house to install the water heater. They were very polite and professional. My father has been doing business with cosmopolitan mechanical for last 7 years. Our House is about 30 years old. This winter we were having a lot of problem with our Furnace. We called cosmopolitan and two other contractors for the quote for a new furnace. We chose cosmopolitan because of its fair pricing and quality products.
