This year My Ac Was not working well. I talked to my neighbour regarding the ac performance. He suggested Cosmopolitan.
I call the company for the ac repair. Technican Behan came to our house. He checked the system and told us the system only needs service and everything else is ok.

Very honest person. he serviced our ac right away. Now I have a cool air in my house and I am satisfied with the service.

Friday morning while getting ready for work our hot water heater broke down. Our old water heater was from a rental company. So we called the rental company, which gave us 2 days delayed appointment. After that appointment they rescheduled the appointment two times.

Finally we called the cosmopolitan mechanical services to get a new tankless water heater. After the call sales person Don came to our house the same day. He gave us a quote on a new tankless water heater. The brand was Rinnai. After researching the web we found the price very reasonable. So we scheduled the install next day.
The installation crew led by Greg came to our house on time. Before they started the job they explained the installation procedure to us.

They finished the job on the same day. They also cleaned up the work area. After the installation they gave us all the manuals for the water heater.

We found this company very reliable. we also recommend this company to all of our friends and family

Our experience with cosmopolitan mechanical services resulted into a very polite, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable people from sales persons to the installers.

After we purchased a 15-year old resale home, the inspection report recommended that original AC should be replaced. Invited a number of companies after researching product reviews for A/Cs. I also checked the consumer reports which did not helped me a lot. Came to the conclusion that if you select a reliable brand, the next most important thing was the quality of the installer.

Because of the complex nature of the installation, Peter made sure we would be satisfied with the work before he began. Unlike some of the other HVAC companies we interviewed, peter walked us through the job step by step, explaining the equipment, workmanship, and cost. While his company was not the lowest bid, his detailed quote and deep explanation gave us the confidence in our due diligence.

On the day of the install, Peter and his crew showed up on time and worked according to schedule. At the end of the project, the work area was immaculate and we had a nice system that should last us another 30 years. Before peter left, he gave us the quality control certificate, reviewed basic maintenance and operating procedures, and scheduled a preventative service call in a year's time.

After few days we received all our rebate papers from the company in the mail. Which was a great job from there side.

After running the system over the winter, we've noticed an appreciable improvement in indoor air quality and our gas bill has nose-dived. Definitely a worthwhile investment and I would definitely refer cosmopolitan mechanical services to friends and family.

After getting disappointed by two differnt companies, I went on homestars web site and found Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services inc. Technician name Arshad came to our house for running the dignostics on our 12 years old ac. He was very polite and knowledgeable.

After the dignostices Technician told us that there is a small leak in our system. So he fixed the leak righty away. I was very surprise that techanicain charged us a very reseonable amount for the repair cost.

I had the same AC dignosed by two different comapanies. Both companies suggested us to change the AC and charged us the dignostics fees, Which I could not afford at this time.

I found myself very luky that I found cosmopolitan through homestars. This company saved us a lot of money. I found them very honest. I will definetly use them again If I need and AC service and repair.

I invited cosmopolitan mechanical servies for a quote of new high efficiency furnace. Sales person berry came to my house for an estimate. After getting the estimate I decided to go with cosmopolitan.

They gave us the time for the installation. Installers showed up on the given time and day. Before the installation they went through the complete installation procedure.

Installer Greg finished the job on time. They gave us the manual for the new furnace. They also cleaned up the entire work area. So far every thing in my house is working great. I am satisfied with the job.
