New troughs, fascia, soffit, siding
Contex came recommended from a builder, and I'd seen their work on other projects, so was pretty comfortable going with them.
Pre-sale was excellent: written contract with labelled pictures showing exactly what work was to be done. Price was reasonable, and time frames met my expectations.
After-sale ... not so good. Work was supposed to be completed within a month, and ended up taking nearly 5. Had to have them back a few times to correct colour of materials (despite contract photos being pretty clear), bad workmanship in one area, missed items and clean up of materials. Despite this, they were pretty quick to ask for payment.
I know that weather was somewhat of a factor, but that isn't the full story. Maybe I got a bad crew ... I'm not sure. Would I recommend them or hire them again? Probably not.
