Complete Roofing

What a disaster! This company is a fraud. They sub out all the work to incompetent workers. They all look like they were fresh out of prison. When I got back home my wife had mentioned they used my back yard as a bathroom!
My roof leaked and I had them over many times, always with a different excuse. All they did was pour more caulking to deal with the leak. At the end I hired a real roof company to fix the problem.
It was mostly my fault for picking the cheapest. When I asked about them, everyone mentioned poor service and crappy installation.. I guess you get what you pay for.

What really annoys me is that this site has 2 complete roofing entries for Burlington and Hamilton.. how is that? Clearly they know of their poor performance rating and created another entry to elevate their scores!

This guys should be ashamed of themselves.

We used Complete roofing for a new roof last year. The price was great, the service has been excellent. There was a leak around a pipe after they were done, the service guy came back 2-3 times without a fuss to make it right. (only because he thought it was a different pipe the first time!)

We had five quotes and they were the cheapest - one of them by half for the exact same services. They put in a vent for the bathroom and did the work in one day. they saved our lawn - we dont have a driveway so the disposal bin was put on wood so our grass was protected.

very impressed with the quality of the warranties, guarantees and exceptional service and workmanship of the crew that showed up...i would have no issue referring this company to anyone in my family...

Complete roofing was hired to do my project last summer. Like the last comment he came in very quickly and did a very poor job. He did a flat roof for us that was a disaster resulting in a lot of water damage. They did not follow architectural drawings and were completely unresponsive when we insisted that the problems be rectified. Our new roofer found many other problems including many shingles not nailed properly to the roof. In summary, Complete Roofing was one of the worst sub-trades I have ever had contact with. Run from this operation, and warn your friends and neighbours!!

We hired another roofer to do the rest of the house and repair the work that was not done to our satisfaction.

We had an outbuilding to be re-roofed. The crew showed up, and put the roof on quickly. They did not have enough flashing and had to return. In the meantime, I inspected the work and found that the corners were not even protected (I could see the wood underneath). Someone returned 2 or 3 times to fix various issues and I still unimpressed with the work.

The representative seems to have trouble returning phone calls and probably doesn't need anymore business.

We were very happy with the roof and skylight. The workmen were very polite, cleaned up after the job was completed and finished in record time. They also helped to pick the type of shingle that would complement our home. Excellent work!
