Tropical Insulation did the attic insulation for my house in mid December, 2019, I waited for 2 months before writing this review so I can provide accurate feedback about the service. I'm happy to say that I'm very satisfied in dealing with our sales rep Walter, manager Mark, office admin Adrienne and lead technician Gino for all the technical inquiries I made regarding material standard, work process and eligibility for Enbridge rebate. Most importantly, the heating comfort of my house has definitely improved afterwards.

There are many sub-standard insulation contractors in the market who don't provide detailed specifications in their quotes. Walter impressed me as technically proficient, patient and trustworthy. Their price is also reasonable. As added confidence to me as customer, I discovered that they actually were the original attic insulation manufacturer and contractor of my house when it was built!

I highly recommend this company.

Our home is 20 years old. We added insulation to the attic and upgrade it up to R60. Tropical Insulation did a very good job. Our home is much warmer. The team was friendly and they placed plastic along the path of the equipment and also covered surrounding areas. Job well done.

Attic insulation, no drama - pretty much perfect. Quote for work was easy and some of the best pricing. Clearly articulated the work. Scheduling was easy and on the day of the work. 1 hr ... like 60 minutes in and out. Very professional and good job cleaning up. Pictures before and after. I can notice and immediate difference. Going from r12 to r60.

Great experience. The sales rep was very informative and friendly. The guys who showed up to do the job were friendly and told me exactly what they were doing and were done in no time! I highly recommend.

Great service and great workmanship. Guys were very polite too and very clean. They installed plastic on all surfaces prior to starting any work. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs blown in insulation.

What an amazing experience with Tropical Insulation. Everyone I dealt with was personable and professional. We were quoted on a Tuesday and the job was completed on Friday! Great work!

There was a 5 degree difference between the upper and lower level of my home during winter. So did some research and concluded that I needed extra insulation in my attic. Did an energy audit and it was confirmed. Got about 4 quotes and then decided on Tropical. Oh btw they offer guarantee on their work. Walter came very organized and did the quote. Answered all my questions. Shout out to Adrienne on the quick responses to my emails.

I had read about Gino from previous reviews and was hoping I would get him for my install; and I did. Very humble and hardworking guy. He and his partner did an amazing job. I could feel the difference the same night.

Most professional company I have dealt with so far. They came to quote the job and the price was bang on. Then the team calls to book an appointment. And most import the job was done correctly and cleanly.
The Whole team was great!

Gino and the team came in, worked cleanly and quickly on the insulation of our attic. Looking forward to the benefit of having the job done. If only the government rebate was still an option!
