What a great experience. From the quotation to job completion, I couldn't be happier. At quotation, Justin took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do, additional materials and why, and showed pictures. The quote was competitive. And the insulation addition was within weeks. The insulation team arrived on time (on practically the windiest day of the year), and quickly, efficiently and cleanly completed the job. They showed pictures again of the completed job and even swabbed up the smallest bits of material, from window entry to attic entrance. I was very impressed.

My recent experience with Tropical Insulation has been nothing short of excellent.

Gary came out and performed a very thorough and comprehensive inspection. He showed me photos of the current state of the attic and pointed out areas of concern/safety (which no other company did). He provided detailed price quotation, which ended up being the lowest, which was not the deciding factor in choosing Tropical....Gary's thoroughness was!

The excellent service continued when Mark and Atwima showed up (on time) to install the insulation. They were respectful of our property and ensured that plastic drape sheets were put down wherever they would be walking and where the hose would lay. The two worked as a cohesive team and had the work completed in a very short period of time. Before they left a) I was shown before and after pictures, b) they asked that I inspect the area to make sure they had cleaned everything up, and c) wished us happy holidays.

That night we were able to relish our newly insulated home....I guess you could say that the entire second floor of our home was.....Tropical!

Anybody needing attic insulation would be foolhardy in not choosing Tropical Insulation.

Hlped me with the rebate process.... made sense and clear.... came on time and was efficient. Kind of made a bit of a mess which they tried to clean... but overall had a good experince.

We contacted a few different companies for quotes and Tropical was the only reasonable estimate as the others were really expensive in comparison. As well, all COVID measures were taken to ensure our safety right from the beginning when Gary came to do the quote until the end when the 2 men were here installing the insulation. Mark took a number of pictures in the attic to show us what needed to be done. The installers were very nice and careful not to damage anything in our home. They laid plastic down everywhere and brought the hose through the second floor front window instead of the door and up the stairs as this was a more direct route to our master bedroom cupboard. They made sure everything was cleaned up and asked us to make sure while they were still here and they showed us pictures of what it looked like in the attic when they were done. We are really impressed with how professional and friendly everyone involved were. We would highly recommend this company.

Attic is about 1000 sq.ft. insulation down to 9 in. Insulation added to bring it up to 18 in. Job done quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up well also after the job. It feels much more comfortable inside the house with furnace settings sayin the same. Everyone I dealt with from Gary to the installers, were nice and professional.

Got their work as part of the rebate program. Price was reasonable and they were clean (As can be ) and compelted there work as scheduled.

My recent experience with Tropical Insulation has been excellent, beginning with the thorough and detailed price quotation provided by Gary and ending with the excellent service provided by the two man crew.
Even though Tropical was not the cheapest quotation we received, I was impressed with the quality of Gary's initial visit and the thoroughness of the procedures to which Tropical's team adhere. The crew who performed the work were prompt, clean and respectful of our property.
We were provided with both before and after pictures which was appreciated and proof of the excellent work performed.
Definitely recommend Tropical to anyone needing to perform attic insulation to their home.

The guys showed up at the time we were told they would be here. Really polite, very friendly. Did a good job. Cleaned up 100% of the mess. And before they left they showed us detailed pictures of the work that was done and explained it all to us.
